If I forget or I get say 3 tags but then die and the match ends I never get the points. For example if I have a radar unlock but forget to use it do I lose my 100 points? It seems like you do. I think if you have unused tag abilities the corresponding points should be added to your points at the end of the match.

Also does Crytek plan on fixing the progress not being saved if you are kicked from a server? I see after patch 1.2 I still lose all data unless I exit after every round.

No, if you collected 3 tags, got radar and then die, you do not loose the radar. You can go on collecting tags or use radar after rebirth. However, if you got radar, collect 2 more dogtags and then die, you will loose those 2 more dogtags.
