Dogmeat: A Nuisance more often than not

So far I haven't used him for anything but playing dress up with. Otherwise he just hangs out in his doghouse. I put a can of dogfood in his dog bowl. He's yet to eat it... I guess he doesn't know how to open the can. Kind of svcks because I don't either. Haven't found one can opener in the entire game.

+1

I'm not a sneaky player so I love how Dogmeat will run into the fray and lockup and enemy or 2 so I can have the time to pick them off with my .44

I'm with you on this one. Dogmeat finds and carries stuff for me and holds guys down while I chop them to bits with Grognak's. He doesn't judge me and is the only help I can get as a Lone Wanderer. I just wish we could rename him.

I'd rather have a "Catmeat" animal sidekick. THAT mofo would know how to be sneaky.

Plus, I reckon Deathclaws is allergic to cats.

I like Dogmeat, he is fun to have around: he finds enemies for me, brings me stuff, pins down enemies, finds containers...

True, he occasionally blocks me, but a simple command helps with that.
