You don't use WASD for movement or don't have a qwerty keyboard.

For some reason Bethesda think it's ok to release a AAA PC game with half of the keys hard coded.

If you want to use arrow keys for movement, you can't move while in crafting mode.

If you use arrows and want to move while in dialog you can't.

Worse than that, if a conversation starts automatically (which happens) and you were just pressing one of the arrow keys (because you were still walking)

it will choose a dialog option with out you noticing what you choose to say.

this alone can practically destroy an hours worth of play through.

There are many many more issues with the key binding but I find these to be game breaking.

This is actually game breaking if you don't play with the conventional control scheme.
