I don't even know... huge problem with my game.

Load order first off the bat, my mergedpatch is updated, and I have masterupdated. I'm in fort constantine bunker, going to get T-51B. I have two companions, Charon, and sergeant RL-3, who is a modded mister gutsy from FOOK I'm pretty sure. After about a minute of loading the save, I'm teleported in to the test labs of vault 87, stuck, unable to move, but able to access the menu to save/exit/whatever. Whenever I try to move, I'm running in place, there is a loud sound of metal crashing around in game and if I try to dismiss my companions, same thing happens. I have no idea what could possibly cause this.

Sounds like the bug I encountered with being forced to a specific location, unable to move and only able access the menu. However it only happened for me in a modded call and only stopped when i disabled the mod I was working on.

Just looking at the list I see the fose enhancement esp and munition esp which isnt needed anymore when installing xcalibruniverse, and your fook esp should be above xcalibr's. Heres a copy of the load order from book of ear ache description page.
