This is all ive had so far. On the xbox 360
1 freeze
I was swimming around and got stuck under some areas that needed invisible walls. (no biggie just needed to fast travel out)
some weird thing where when i exited helios one, the junkyard lady and her dogs and some random molerats spawned on top of me and attacked me. (just needed to load the autosave)
every once and awhile people will talk but their lips wont move.
sometimes my cowboy repeater will take a while to start shooting (however i think its only when i get poisoned)

so.. yea.. thats about it. No more glitches than any other game. halo 3 and reach included.

I'm on PC and I've barely had any. Maybe some people are just unlucky =/

I've actually cut my crash and freeze rate down significantly by logging out of the game and then restarting regularly. It's a svck, and shows that there is something wrong in the game engine, but it does improve things a bit.

The bugs are far far more abundant on the X360 and PS3 as opposed to the PC, myself I play on the PC and the worst I've had is http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1133543-cheyenne-the-demon-dog-from-hell/ and a few random crashes.

However if you watch gameplay from the X360 for example, like http://www.youtube.com/user/DSPGaming#p/c/07A8F909CBC3F867/128/SBCP9ILUweM, you'll see big bugs constantly. Creatures getting stuck in terrain, huge framerate drops, NPCs going missing, quests being unable to be completed, gargantuan loading times the list goes on and on.

That's why alot of memebers here are reporting a lot of issues, where as others are almost unaffected. Different platforms.

oh man, besides the event and speech glitches, my game crashes at least once or twice in a session. sometimes it crashes 5-6 times in a row. i'd say it happens about once every two hours...

i've experienced many bugs, from small inconsequential ones to serious game-altering and sometimes game ending problems..

but i still love the game and am sure a patch is in the works!

luckily, we have this forum to find workarounds for some quest bugs that otherwise i would have no clue about, so i have religiously avoided all "trouble" quests as much as i can

The only bug's ive encountered are the radscorpions halfway under the floor and getting stuck in a rock on my way to one of the ranger outposts.

Biggest I've seen is the wildlife getting clipped into the scenery...I put them out of their misery ( Mostly scorpions )
Was worried about the Come Fly Away save game crash people have pvssyd on about...did that quest 3X and not a hint of problems.
Once I got the performance straightened out it has been nothing but butter...
Still only half way down but so far so good...

lol yeah I've seen a few weird glitches. I've seen the common one where npcs act as if they use a computer wile there is no computer. I ran after victor to new vegas, had to reload the game 100 times because he kept on driving into the water. I also ran into some wildlife glitches, two bighornes seemed to be stuck on top of eachother which more or less looked as if they were....ehmmm yes. Other than that idk...oh yeah! Some small quest glitches in Freeside. When I was hustling santiago I also got a quest mark saying I should go to this woman to tell her that I collected his dept wile I didn't trigger that quest at all! I've also seen a lot of landscape glitches. I know it's really hard to test a game the size of NV 200% on glitches but you don't have to play for hours to run into these glitches I guess.
