Many of my suggestions from the well-over-a-hundred suggestions threads were implemented if I read the GI article right. But why listen to fans? Why? It's like user-created content. I'd rather have someone professional make the decisions.
Especially since every single piece of information about any TES game ever has resulted in some group shouting "ruined FOREVER!" Why deliberately cater to a fanbase so notoriously divided on every single point instead of just making the game you want to make? I know Bethesda can make a good game and now that I know they're this far in I'm content to let them do their jobs.
This , we are such a split fanbase , we don't want all the same stuff and someone is going to say at ever TES game that a certain mechanic or mechanics ruined it . Bethesda is most likely trying to please the most of us and for the multiplayer TES game well we got Zenimax online for that so people have to be patient .
Exactly. Why would professional game designers listen to some random, mostly useless, ideas.
Although I'm not saying that all are bad, some are good.
This is true aswell, I remember reading some of suggestion threads and the posts were ether three things.
1. Repeated stuff that has been asked in every thread from the beginning : aka spears , quests with multiple ends and other ideas said over and over again.
2. Stupid stuff
3. A truely unique idea that is great but most likely is overlooked and posted rarely.
Indeed. So many Elder Scrolls fans want so many different things. Not to mention we all disagree on what we want. Our opinions are scattered at best.
We are a tough crowd.
Same way I feel, like I said we are not all going to to have the same tastes. You might like Oblivion but not morrowind .....you get the picture.
