This is a forum. People discuss their opinions. People's opinions are different. Get used to it.
It's one thing to have an opinion. It's another thing to have a
reasonable opinion. For instance, I can say that the holocaust was a great thing. Just because I have such an opinion does not make me immune to criticism, and it certainly doesn't make me right at the end of an argument.
The OP isn't saying that every negative opinion about Skyrim is wrong, he's just pointing out the fact that such opinions aren't necessarily validated in absolute fact, they tend to exaggerate facts, and can sometimes be pretty unreasonable. I died a little inside when I read a person sincerely professing how they would not buy the game because it didn't include a chance to miss when you swing a weapon, like Morrowind. It's certainly an opinion, but it's not one that I or the majority of people agree with, and we are at liberty to criticize such opinions because this isn't communist Russia.
