No i don't want to kill him. What do I have to do now? I don't see any option to end the quest

You don't kill him, simple as that. The quest will stay in your log but you just never complete it.

Eh? Is there a point of no return on that?

This probably belongs in the Spoilers section. Nevertheless:

Spoiler
You don't have to kill him. Just continue on with your life in Skyrim and ignore the Blades' request. Delphine is not your boss, you took no oaths to serve them, you don't have to follow their orders. It may come up in future visits to High Hrothgar or the Throat of the World in which case you will have the option to tell the GBs that you have no intention of doing it.

However once you have been given the quest, the uncompleted objective will probably stay in your journal forever.

Also, if you do not do it, the Blades will get butthurt and not want to help you out any more. Any quests with them that you did not already do will be unavailable until you do what they told you to do the last time you saw them.

Not really, at least not as far as I've seen. The unfinished objective stays in your journal, the Blades won't cooperate with you on anything, but everything else goes on as usual. If you finally do decide to kill him and the quest advances then I suppose you can go back to the Blades and pick up right where you left off with them before they gave you the quest.

Psh forget the Blades. I haven't ever been back to see them again, after they requested that from me! They can fall over and die in that Cold Sky Temple for all I care LOL I totally ignore that quest.

that should be an option. Since the Blades are incapable of recruiting without your help, and both Delphine and Esbern are old and unable to have kids... I say the Blades are dead. Good thing they got all that entitled attitude. Delphine laying out the "kill him or else" seals the Blade's fate.

I personally believe that whether or not you helped them rebuild the Blades, the organization will continue. There is no way that Delphine and Esbern are the sole remaining Blades, since they were stationed all across Tamriel during the Great War. If two survived, others must have as well. Having said that, I always choose to help the Blades. I usually finish the CW before I get to Season Unending, that way I don't have to deal with killing Paarthurnax, but either way, I stay loyal to them. The Greybeards are a peaceful group, but they are too peaceful. They are willing to sit back and relax while the world ends - "Maybe this is the time the world is meant to end" - I hate Arengir.
I go around Skyrim trying to obliterate any cults that I find. That includes Daedric as well as Aedric. The Greybeards are Kynareth's cult. I cannot kill them, but I have no intention of serving their ways. Their way of life has made them useless and at least the Blades want to do SOMETHING to stop the madness. Extreme, yes. Hypocritical, yes. But in times of peril, people have to do what they don't want to. If it is between the Greybeards letting the world end, or the Blades committing genocide, I will stay with the Blades. At least genocide of an ancient and long-ago dead race is better than xenocide against every species of men and mer.
