I was randomly made a vamp and it svcks.... Does anyone know how I can go back to being a human? I'm playing Oblivion on the PS3 game of the year one.

"Randomly" ... well, no. You had the disease for 3 days before it turned you into a Vamp. Lots of time to get it removed before it turned you.

Restore to an earlier Save file.... you do make back-up Saves every once and awhile, right? Of course you do.... it's common sense.

The Vampirism Cure quest is bugged on the PS3 GOTY. Your best bet is to reload an earlier save.

If you have a save of just before you woke up with an odd dream/ nightmare description (the first time you became a vampire), reload that save and find a means of curing the disease normally (cure disease spell/ potion, pray at the chapel alters).
