I downloaded the 20 GBs.

I edited my ini files to play in a common resolution.

Now I have found a locked suitcase and experienced the infamous bug in which I can't see the lockpicking interface.

I'm putting this aside until Bethesda fixes it. For one thing, it's going to take a lot of my time figuring out how to avoid my Obsidian-loving coworker.

Thank you for the advice, Pathanias Coeur de Lion, but I think I'll wait for Bethesda to fix it. It's been a string of frustrations, and I haven't finished Skyrim yet anyway.

One thing is certain: no more Bethesda pre-orders.
