people dont give up hope for this game there is an update and it works if you have not gotten this update yes go to your memory clear you cache and then try loading the game again it worked for me im sorry but this game is [censored] amazing and fun

You were actually right there is a 3mb patch for the 360. Now what it fixes i dunno about to find out.
