I really wanna get into modding. And I'd prefer to mod Morrowind over Oblivion...

There's no need to bump a thread when it hasn't moved anywhere... just give it time.

I had a little look at this yesterday but I'm afraid as far as I can tell, there's no way to (legally) get the Construction Set if you have the Steam package

I didn't want to post this yesterday in case I was wrong, I hate to disappoint!

Yes, the link on TESNexus will work.
It adds the missing files needed to use the CS with Steam.

edit: not speaking from personal use, but it seems to work for others.
