You could just... not play in the beta.

(I know, ridiculous solution! I'd be logging in, too, even if I didn't want another beta :D)

I retract my initial statement, as I failed to realize one critical detail.

Some people want beta but me i don't care personally. From what i experienced in Beta i at least hope if they don't throw out another beta to help stress test/ take care of bugs, that they fixed up allot of the issues (which I'm sure they have). however if they do make another beta event and im invited or its open, id be glad to play again. But i wont divulge into it like i would come 3/30. (release day for 5days early access). I go about my betas like a work-job. I look for bugs, i try every little annoying thing out, and just do random things.

If it will eliminate bugs in the launch, I'm all for another beta. Strongly believe whoever is invited had better be spamming bug reports, else move aside for someone who will do so.

Besides the obvious point of wanting to test the game and the servers for a smooth launch - on a personal note I am keen for another beta because 5 weeks is going to go very slowly.

There is plenty of testing I can do without spoiling too much plot, I've so far dedicated myself to making sure that I find any bugs in the crafting system. I can do my job as a beta tester without spoiling the plot for myself too much. Also most of us are there largely to stress the servers, there's a smaller group doing full time bug testing, so anything you do in game as long as you're logged in at the times Zenimax want you logged in is helpful to them. :)

You puppies, wait till the .... breaks down laughing. It seems to depend on how hard you work your body and attention, although I'm not sure. If I am lifting, climbing my mountains, taking pictures, I get to an almost child like sense of time.

Hanging around waiting takes forever. I can do some more beta. My present plans include about a years' worth of play.

Launch is so close that developers should really consentrate all resources to polishing and making last changes.

Annnnnnd how do you think they do that? One of their main concerns should be can we handle x many people, they can only polish that by betas

As for OP's statement, sorry to see that, Eso needs as many testers as possible to make it an even better game ultimately.

The testing we're doing is not about the game client. It's about the back end, and since Cyrodiil was STILL not continuously up through the last beta, I would say they're not done with that yet ;)

I've made the decision not to play anymore in AD until release, since that's the faction I'll make my main in, but I'd be happy to get some more play time in on DC, since that's the one I've played least :) I'm beginning to see how great the whole "three games in one" design of this thing is ;)

Weird thread, just don't play the beta then? Or better yet, focus on the testing aspect instead of getting immerse in the game, kinda what the beta is for? Either way is fine.

Besides, I need to see the beta for the consoles at least. I'm pretty sure they will have their own set of issues.
