Umm, you use conjuration and when you are skilled enough you summon a lich. Use proper grammar and spellign if possible, cause i barely understood that.

Er...you'll be starting with 18 skills...each you level up by doing...and then you choose perks as your character levels up to specialize.

Periods. Periods my friend.

The only skills that will start with bonuses are the ones that recieve racial bonuses, or benefit from your birth sign. If you want to summon a lich, then practice conjuration and when you're skilled enough you'll be able to summon a lich.

It's just like the Oblivion leveling system, only there are no major and minor skills, just skills. Increasing any skill contibutes to your overall level.

I think we will be able to choose some major skills in the beginning of the game..you know ala New Vegas.

Wait, now we're talking about tattoos? If you post a thread on the leveling system you have to keep on the subject on the leveling system. Sorry, but you need to stay on one subject per thread.

Edit: I feel like I'm coming off as a jerk. I'm not intending to, sorry!

The rules state that this is an English only forum.

Sure, but I doubt many of us here have English ancestry or ancestors who spoke the language(They'd be ashamed of our lack of our own cultures and how England had such a profound effect on the world. And because someone will say it. No, us Americans took -their- language. Not the other way around. Our distance, environment, and cultures changed the path of how English developed on both.) so you can't blame the guy. Clearly he's a bastard Mongol. Sarcasm aside. @ the OP. If you've gone through the trouble to sign up and post in these forums atleast spend a minute trying to make it legible. I mean even slang from New Orleans would be easier to read and understand than that.

That will depend on race. Races will have their own bonuses but no one will be picking any skills. We all start with 18 and how we use them is up to us.

It's all ready been said that there are no major or minor skills any more. No more classes, thank goodness. Starting points will most likely be determined by race and birth signs.

You know, I wouldn't rule out a "tag skill" feature like Fallout.
