Dooby's Cliffs

I recently came across http://mw.modhistory.com/download-55-15393 while I was looking for various resources. I really like the shape of them, but they do have some problems. I noticed some UV stretching on parts, but the main issue that I noticed was that they're not set up to snap on a grid. At first I thought maybe it was because I resized them so they would fit in the world properly. After that though, I noticed that even at full size they're not set properly.

With that said, I was wondering what was involved in setting them up to align properly? I've recently downloaded blender and played around with different things, but couldn't find any sort of tutorial that covered this.

With that said, would anyone be willing to help with this. I'm totally willing to learn if anyone has advice for a good place to start.

Is it possible that they're not meant to snap together? I don't think I've ever tried working with these, but for the Big City project we used a large number of cliff meshes which you needed to arrange in such a way that one mesh would 'bleed into' (i.e., poke through) the other.

There's a http://provincecyrodiil.project-tamriel.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=506 for what you're asking for over at project-tamriel forums.
