I tried duplicating one of the doomstones and renaming it and giving it a different model.

Problem is it no longer acts as a doomstone. It has no reaction when the crosshairs of my mouse are resting on it.

Any advice on how to get a working copy of a particular doomstone with a different model?

I don't want to change the models of all the vanilla thiefstones. Just one.
