Has anyone noiced a door above Shrine of Mehrunes Dagon's door?

I was doing the quest to get the mehrunes razor and before i entered the shrine I went to the right of the door and looked up unintentionally, there was a Open Door option.

I want to know if that shrine was supposed to have a different door or whatever the reason to that door is. Thank you.

Ok. So there is a door above the original door at the shrine? I think that is what you are trying to say. Of course I just had my first cup of coffee. I have never seen this, and will have to go investigate. To Adventure!
