Doors and gates issue

I'm having a problem with opening things.

In my Oblivion playthrough, I've just come across an Oblivion Gate and I can't enter it. I have tried this both with and without 'walk to oblivion' activated. In my parallel Morroblivion playthrough I can't open any doors at all (everything but the gate seems to be working in Oblivion)

Update

Seems to be a script issue in Reneer's exteriors. Doesn't go away with the mod deactivated though :/

Any ideas how to fix?
