[WIP] dopey Necromancy

Terrible title, lol. But it'll work for now.

This is a spin-off of Mastering Magicka, which will now be it's own project. The goal is to add some elements of necromancy described in-game with some novel applications.

In this project, necromancy utilizes mysticism, alchemy, and conjuration; rather than being a skill of itself. For a character to utilize necromancy, they have to seek out the knowledge, as well as train the relevent skills. As necromancy isn't tolerated in Morrowind, utilizing it will make one a pariah. It also is rather encumbering and time consuming, so setting up a reclusive lair only makes sense.

Once in the know, a character can then utilize the corpses of recently dead. A corpse can then either be prepared as a minion, or harvested for ingredients. The decayed corpses found throughout the land won't be feasible for minions, but they can be harvested for ingredients not typically available to just anyone. The same with ash pits and urns.

I should have a working test release fairly soon.

Interesting.

So far I've been relying on the excellent Blasphemous Revenats mod by Fliggerty; as impressive as it is, I have to say that I've never been a huge fan of the quest side of that mod (even though it's relatively short).

I would no doubt like a mod that just adds necromancy as an addictional gameplay feature, leaving the player to choose how, when and why to learn it; in my opinion, that's more in keeping with MW freedom of roleplay.

So, I'm really curious to see what you'll manage to put together with this. :)
