I read a thread a while ago about this, and started a new game to try it out; however I messed up some details... does anyone remember how to do it?

Also, I only have the 2nd update of F3:NV, so from what I read on that thread, it should work still. Please tell me someone remembers it - I went back 14 pages and I am still looking.
