Double Sheathing Problem

Everytime i sheath my weapon it does the animation twice not really a problem per say but kinda annoying after a while anyone know how to fix this problem?

That happened to me with Deadly Reflex. The problem there was that it had a command on the same key as sheath - just change the sheath key, should work.
