Maybe in some settings, dragons are immune to magic, but it's never been said that they are in Skyrim. And really, I'd actually think it's more logical for them to be very difficult to be killed by mundane means, with magic being a more effective approach. After all, dragons tend to have very tough scales which are hard to pierce with normal attacks, magic however can avoid this, but that's beside the point. The fact is that it's never been said that in Skyrim, dragons are immune to magic, and I doubt they will be, after all, killing dragons is a central aspect of the game, I can't see Bethesda counting certain character types out from it. Now, they might have resistences to some elements, or maybe a certain amount of reflect or absorb magic (Since Bethesda seems to like to do that for high level enemies.) but full immunity to magic seems unlikely.
Though I suspect that the most effective way to kill dragons is with dragon shouts, but I can't see it being the only way, especially since in the trailer, the player character is clearly able to hurt the dragon using his sword, and actually only does one shout, and whether the fight is scripted or not, there's no logical reason why Bethesda should have the player use normal weapons against the dragon if that won't actually work in the game.
