Dovahkiin = Tiber Septim?

Post » Thu Dec 08, 2011 5:09 pm

Why?

Also, no one can achieve the state of being one own's seperate person without achieving CHIM :P

EDIT:
Nevermind the CHIM stuff, I don't want to turn this into a CHIM discussion, there are enough in the forum anyhow :P

I could see it's possible, I could see it's possible you're a Shezzarine, I could see it's possible that Ulfric Stormcloak possibly could be Tiber Septim in a new avatar. ;)

But I guessed that the Dovahkiin possibly becomes an incarnation (avatar) of Tiber Septim, back when the trailer came out and this was before any specific game details were released. :) Don't believe me? No. The main character of this game is his own separate person.
But the souls are the same, and I'm sure the ghost isn't looking at your physical body if he's confusing Hjalti with an Argonian/Khajiit/mer/Ra'Gada.

I'm sure Tiber Septim wasn't a spunky young bosmer lady, or a 6ft orsimer with the nastiest teeth and a huge scar covering most of his face.

Which adds interesting implications concerning a ghost's ability to discern the soul over and above the physical attributes.

If the Thalmor have enough military power to do so, they'd have started invading already. The Thalmor are just as bad,if not worse off, militarily right now than the kingdom of men. They're a paper tiger, only trying to discredit, demoralize, and get under people's skin.

Also, Skyrim looks largely independent to begin with, militarily. It's the empire that needs Skyrim. Plus, if the Domain invade, the kingdoms of men will band together, as they hate the mer more than themselves.

Precisely, the empire needs Skyrim for its military manpower. If Cyrodiil loses Skyrim, Cyrodiil will be all the weaker to the point that the Thalmor will steamroll over Cyrodiil. Given time, the Thalmor will amass more manpower and resources with annexation of Cyrodiil and severely threaten an independent Skyrim.
