Hey everyone, I just got Morrowind for the Xbox today. I was wondering, can the expansions be downloaded off of xbox live? If they can't be, is there any other way I can get a hold on the expansions?

You'll have to check with someone else as well. But I'm pretty sure you can't get the expansions, seen as the Xbox Live service for the original xbox has long since gone, as I said I'm not sure though. You definitely can't download it from the marketplace.

As for other ways of obtaining it, I'm not sure that there is apart from buying the GOTY edition
