Has anyone else had issues downloading certain mods for XB1?

I didn't have the issue on PS4 but I'm having trouble downloading mods such as the Graphics Overhaul, Cloaks and Campfire.

Any suggestions would be appreciated before I completely uninstall and reinstall.
