Downloaded & installed Anchorage.esm but can't find it : Fallout 3

I downloaded Anchorage add on from Games for Windows and it showed it downloading and installing it. I can't find the .esm file and can't figure out how to run it.
I read I'll get a radio message starting the add on but this hasn't happened and I don't know where to look. I'm at a loss. Any help would be appreciated.
