everytime i try to install the contruction set installer 6.3 my computer stops it with a virus detected and file deleted, same thing happens on steam for creation kit.

Construction set 6.3? The highest version is only 1.2.404, and is available here:

It sounds like you're not actually downloading the construction set but something else entirely.
