Drag and decorating mod.

I've probably asked this question before but it's been a long, long time so hopefully something's changed.

I remember when Skyrim first came out dragging and placing items in one's house was fairly simple (although not as easy as Oblivion). I never really liked the way everything was grabbed at center-mass. However, items were help upright at least. Bottles are probably the best example of this. Whey you grabbed a bottle of mead and attempted to place it on a shelf it was held with the opening at the top and the base at the bottom, so it was relatively easy to place. However, after a certain update (I forget which one) that all changed, and gravity and Tamriel was essentially reversed. Now when you hold an item, especially a bottle, the base of the bottle is at the top and the opening is at the bottom. This obviously makes placing items rather difficult. Over time I've learned how to do it anyway but I'm hoping that now since I'm a PC user that there's an easier way.

Is there any kind of mod, or any kind of console command that allows for easy placement of items around one's house? This is always one of my favorite aspects of Elder Scrolls games. After going on a quest I love coming home and putting my new stuff up on display.
