I have 4 shout but only 2 work, in the bottom right corner it says 3 dragon souls but when I go to the shouts I can't use it and sez dragon souls required. do they need more than one soul or is this a glitch/

You need to unlock the shout before using it. It's the X button on the 360. No idea what it is on the PC or PS3
