I want to remove all shader effects from the Dragon Aspect shout (the armor effect you see on your character in different colors), so far i have managed to remove Everything except for the arms and hands. There is no more shader effects to remove from the spells, i have also removed the effect scripts that has only to do with shaders...still i get shader effects on arms and hands???

Any one that can give me a hint on what else to do?
