Dragon attacks

In addition to the normal types of damage to the pc done by dragons would having an attack that inverts the y axis for a second or two or increasing/decreasing mouse sensitivity for a short time be appropriate to the TES games?

My niece plays with the opposite of what i use and when i tried to play her game I ended up looking at the sky and spinning in a circle for a good 30 sec before I realised what was happening. It dawned on me that if an NPC cast this effect on me it would be very effective.

Just wondering what your thoughts are.

I've seen that done in other games, and while it does effectively screw you over for the duration of the effect, I hope that won't be in the game.

This reminds me of earthbound where you can get "poisoned" by a mushroom, messing up the controls at random so you can't get used to it.

I think it's a good idea for a spell effect, don't really see why it should be applied to dragons specifically.
If it's to simulate intimidation I think knocking your character off their feet would work better, but in Sovjet Skrym Dragon fears YOU!

Using it as a "confusion" spell in general would be nice, as long as the game refrains itself from being used too often.
It's also a spell effect that could work both ways, messing up variables of the path-finding AI, so your target hits a wall or runs off a bridge. Sounds like fun. :)

An interesting idea that has been used in other games to some success. I actually think this would be a nice effect from drinking too much booze (in game). You'd get the good effects from the booze (+ strength, etc), but if you stack too many, you'd get all slizzard.

Sounds a bit strong if you can use it on NPCs but it also sounds fun and hilarious.
