Dragon Bone Weapons in Vanilla

Are dragon bone weapons available for smithing in vanilla? I've seen them mentioned a few times in topics here but despite my smith skill being 100 and dragon bone armour being in my menu of smithable items, dragon bone weapons don't appear.

Vanilla: not modded or without DLC? Dragonbone weapons were added in Dawnguard.

You need Dawnguard DLC to smith them.
