What does the half orc have to do with anything? I'm assuming you're talking about Agronak gro-Malog, the Gray Prince. I'm guessing you're trying to imply that the races could be half Nord and half-something-else and take on the appearance of the latter? But Khajiits and Argonians can't interbreed with any of the other races, so that's impossible.

It also doesn't matter who the Dragonborn is. Being Dragonborn has nothing to do with being a Nord or anything like that, hence why it's possible to be any race.

On the topic, I think all races can be Dragon Born. Otherwise you would not be able to play any race but the Nord. Which would not be good. And those that are saying this.... well.... they prob got hit on the head recently or something.

Anyway, I've personally never heard of a dragonborn only being a nord, look at the septim bloodline, they're just dirty imperials.

And to point out, it was the gods who made the Dragonborn, not Tiber's family-line. They can do stuff like that.

So, as a quick requirements of being the dragonborn, here they are

The gods made you one
or
The person is a decedent from one.

That's it.

EDIT: "I thought he was an Altmer." Wrong, sir. Nerevar was a Chimer, but the logical "race" of being the nerevarine is the dunmer, as the dunmer were Chimer, till they were cursed.
