I can speak to Lizards and snakes. I have a faint symbol outlined in my left hand. I wield a huge sword in my sheath. One time at the festival of Tanger (celebrating the anniversary of Ru' and Barley), a mage appeared in front of the oak table feast. As he raised his wand to cast a shadow spell, I immediately doused an arrow in blaine butter and drove it into his steed heart. I have been heralded as the coming of Fraintor himself. So I ask you, am I Dragon Born?

not really, though i would say you could be harry potter with the snake talking, mages appearing, sword in your sheath (might want to see if there's a griffindor inscription in there).

or you might just be crazy, or maybe i am.

What are the marks of a Dragonborn? Is it simply being able to speak with dragons. or is it a fire inside of you that burns with the ghosts of a thousand children.

It's having the ability to use dragon shouts.

It is having a similar bloodline as the Septims and other such powerful figures. It doesn't seem like you're too aware of the lore of the Elder Scrolls universe, so it would take a long time to accurately explain what a Dohvakiin is.

You have to know the lore of Elder Scrolls to fully understand what DragonBorn means. I don't think I'm capable of interpreting the meaning behind the walls that the elders scribbled. I know this, there is a point in the linear history of scrolls that death was from above and 7,000 steps were transversed into final fantasy.
