Can someone please tell me how you start this quest or so I need to finish the main quest first?

One more thing aswell which is off topic but I didn't wanna make another thread...Diverse Voices on the nexus it says you edit the races in the CS unles usint Wrye Bash



Has anyone done this because BOSS doesn't tag it so I'm not really sure and it would be cool to get a few different voices?

Have you tried reading the ENTIRE ReadMe? It probably tells you in there.

I have gone through it yeah, so unless I've completely missed it it doesn't say :shrug:

Didn't expect any kind of answer after a certain thread I saw so thanks for the link.

I believe you need to start off as a legion soldier and doing quests associated with that rank, after you've done a few quests you'll rise in rank all up to duke of colovia. The main quest is started somewhere along your rise in the imperial hierarchy ..Can’t remember where exactly.

Why not check ou the more updated version by giskard? just google " the engineering guild", They have guides to each mod, and detailed readme's

In spite of the unspeakable drama, I see a mod as a mod, and try not to allow my view to be clouded by any issues the mod-creators might have with the rest of the world. Thus I am perfectly happy to try to help and provide support for the mods in question (and I seem to be the only person on Beth forums still willing to do so).

Besides, you said you're using the Dragon Captions version of TEC, and as far as I'm aware DC will still try to assist anyone trying to use their version, you just need to go to them as DC members don't frequent the Beth forums all that much.
