dragon vs deathclaw : V - Skyrim

Deathclaws travel in packs sometimes. They would decimate by sheer volume I would imagine. One on one I would give to an ancient dragon, but we can't forget about our good friend the Legendary Deathclaw.

1. Dragons are easily dispatched at higher levels.
2. I don't know what you're using as your frame of reference for Deathclaws. If you're speaking of Fallout 3, okay sure. If you're speaking of Fallout NV and taking the Deathclaws encountered in Lonesome Road into consideration, then no, sorry. You certainly cannot slaughter them with ease.

At lvl 40 something I could take on deathclaw camps with a matriarch like 6 of them with a supersledge and turbo injector, I bet you couldnt kill 6 dragons one of them being a tougher mama dragon at once

I want to know what deathclaws you were fighting, 1headshot with a hollowpoint using a sniper rifle killed almost any deathclaw.

If it gets close 2 hits with a super sledge

Your trying to sound cocky, hollowpoint is the worst ammo to use against deathclaws. It multiplies their DT (which is ~20 IIRC) by x2 or x3, and only increases your damage by like x1.6. Worst ammo to use. Use armor piercing ammo, to avoid their high DT.

There is a huge difference between regular dragons and ancient dragons. One ancient dragon can probably exterminate the whole deeathclaw population of Fallout and New Vegas.

Dont you 2 shot them using normal ammo? I only say hp cause its special ammo and it does more damage.

I will admit all day deathclaws are very hard at low levels but when you become a killing god in the mid 30s they are jokes, if you see a pack of them in the distance you can kill at least 2 before they even get into vats range

Ancient Dragon > Legendary Deathclaw. The dragon has one huge advantage, It can fly.

My money would be on the Deathclaw, especially if it was one of those buggers from Lonesome Road.
Those guys could oneshot a Daedric prince

I've never found deathclaws to be that dangerous, I've always killed them before they had a chance to reach me. Yay sniper rifles/hunting rifles!

Pff, I've killed deathclaws is 1-2 shots. I'd like to see an ancient dragon (or alduin) against the legenary deathclaw.

Dragon.

Deathclaws can't fly and breath fire. It has no range attacks and only stands a chance if the dragon takes pity on it and lands. Besides dragons can moonwalk this week, the perfect art of evading physical foes.

That said, Deathclaws would still win. I've been killed a lot more by deathclaws than I have by dragons.
