Deathclaw, When I see a dragon I just think what shout I'm going to unlock from the soul I will have in a few minutes. Deathclaws had me turn around and back track unless I was seriously tooled up.

Deathclaws have no ranged attacks a dragon would kill it from the air

Deathclaw hands down. Not only do they have insane power, but they have massive damage resistance. A dragon would do just enough damage to p*ss the Deathclaw off, and then be swiftly torn to pieces.

..even if the dragon never landed, it'd exhaust itself shouting at the deathclaw, who'd survive the lot. You need AP bullets to kill those things reliably.

Depends are we talking ancient Dragon or not, since then the dragon would generally win.

300 damage per second is it?

Dragon. Deathclaws are a joke at high levels. You can butcher packs of them.

Has anyone fought an ancient dragon? Because it seems like everybody thinks all dragons are the same.

I guess it depends on the kind of dragon. Dragons in my game (normal, frost, blood) are killed by bears and giants so it would have no chance.

True, if dragons were actually intelligent they'd just fly around and scorch everything.

But as soon as they land, it's over.

I want to know what deathclaws you were fighting, 1headshot with a hollowpoint using a sniper rifle killed almost any deathclaw.

If it gets close 2 hits with a super sledge

1. Dragons are easily dispatched at higher levels.
2. I don't know what you're using as your frame of reference for Deathclaws. If you're speaking of Fallout 3, okay sure. If you're speaking of Fallout NV and taking the Deathclaws encountered in Lonesome Road into consideration, then no, sorry. You certainly cannot slaughter them with ease.

Tie.

The deathclaw would glitch and go flying through the air and attack the dragon. Then the game would ctd.

If it's a New Vegas Deathclaw, definitely the Deathclaw.

It would be a closer match with a Fallout 3 Deathclaw.

Legendary Bloatfly could kill an Elder Dragon and a Legendary Deathclaw at the same time.

Legendary Bloatfly = God Tier

Well, dragons are too busy flying around getting distracted by rabbits. Deathclaws are hard to kill even with guns!
