Dragon Decapitation

If you take the decapitation perk for 1-handed weapons, do you think will you be able to decapitate dragons?
Or will they be immune to its effects?

Do you seriously think one can decapitate a freaking dragon with a one-handed blade? I think one can not.

Please, Denton Van Zan was able to do it with one chop of a giant battleaxe. :spotted owl:
