It's actually good since summoning a storm or a dragon whenever you want and performing some other uber powerful Shouts would simply be game braking.
But still, don't these cooldowns seem to be a bit too long?
Especially for ability like breathing fire?
It takes 60/90/120 seconds for it to recharge!
Something like that should take way less time.
And that storm shout, it takes 180/240/300 seconds to recharge!
What do you people think about it?
I personally think that they should drastically reduce cooldowns.
