I know in IV there were inherited abilities that could only be used once a day. Will there be limits to the amount of dragon shouts you can use a day? Thoughts?

Not that long.....once an hour perhaps....

Each dragon shout will have a cool down. Also, the more powerful you make the shout(if you use the maximum 3 words) the cooldown will be much longer. I'm uncertain to the length of these cooldowns, but I'm sure they will be rather reasonable. You will definitely be able to shout more than once a day, that's all I really know.

Todd said the shouts will have cool down times, like the greater powers in the past installments. We just don't know how long each cool down time is. There might be other cons involved with shouts that we don't know about :shrug:
