im lvl 18 after 44hrs of play, Ive got 4 dragon souls,how do i unlock frost and betherel or whatever it is. when i click on the shout it says i need dragon souls to unlock which i have.....

also since ive installed the skyrim4gb the game has stopped crashing and runs a lot smoother.

Press R while having shout selected. Says so at bottom of screen when you select a shout
