Hello all, a little question.......

I have started a " Dragon slayer " character and as his title implies he hunts dragons for sport. I was wondering at what point during the main quest ( for Skyrim ) do you end up having the maximum number of dragons spawning, how far into the quest line do you need to go in order to have the maximum number of dragon spawns that you can have ?

He's very confident in his dragon slaying abilities and would like more of the foul beasts to slay

After meeting Delphine & before beating Alduin at the throat if the world I'd my personal experience.

So around the time when you infiltrate the Thalmor embassy or shortly after? Or just as you learn the Dragon rend shout?
