Simple enough question really.

What programs would i need to create or edit a dragon texture.

Because i already use gimp which i know ill need an ive installed nifskope but beyond their really isnt much online about retexturing or creating textures for dragons.

I can find plenty off vids for weapons an armour but thats all.
