I just hope there are a coupld like Smaug...just sitting on top of their piles of loot, jealously gaurding it.

I was actually hoping for the dragons to be more along the lines of Dragon Lance, they would actually fit very well in this game. Doesn't make sense for TES dragons to hoard treasure.

Yes, I would like Dungeons & Dragons type, but an occasional OLE SMAUG here and there.

How about dragons only being a metaphor for something far more deep, and not literally having dragons in the game? :D I like that idea. Just say "no" to cliche dragon slaying adventures.

I would love for dragons to be hoarders
perfect for rogues who want to get in and get out without being noticed
perfect for fighters who want to slay dragons in their free time
perfect for mages who want to use their magic to do either of the above

of course, fighting won't be the only course of action. the dragon will be a scholar and, along with his hoard of treasure, also boasts a sizable library filled with books from all provinces. The dragons will send you to retrieve a book that has alluded him so he can complete his collection.

OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT

Perhaps the dragons can take human form.

The dragon sends you to HIS LIBRARY to place the last book from the floor onto the loaded shelf since every time he walks into the room the book falls down thanks to the game physics ;).

Very plausible, most fantasy that involves dragons allows them to take human (or more often elven) form.

Maybe the older dragons are hoarders, and the younger ones do the flying around and attacking people.

Why would a dragon need to hoard loot? Can they spend it?
Dragons must love shiny things

Hoarders keep so much junk that their homes end up dangerous to move through....not to mention fire hazards!
