Dragon Voices

Post » Wed Dec 29, 2010 11:59 pm

I heard the creative team was looking for the voice-over for Skyrim dragon(s). I vote for Tim Curry. Remember he played the demon/devil in the movie "LEGEND",
along side w/ Tom Cruise. Mr. Curry gave evil a sense of regality that I would like to hear again.

The guy that played Hellboy and the narrator from 1000 Ways to Die.

Or the guy who voiced the dragons in GothicII. They did good.

definitely a touchy subject, a dragon must be both ominous and omniscient; both destructive and wise; both overwhelming and brutish. Either the dragons will be intelligent creatures bent on destruction (e.g. daedra) or brutish creatures that simply wish ill on humanity without knowing why (e.g. mudcrabs... but bigger...)

Surprised nobody has said Sean Connery yet.
My vote goes for Stephen Fry though, I could listen to him talk all day.

I think that Todd said dragons are nasty foul creatures that just want to kill and destroy things which is why we will never fly on them because it they would never let it happen.

That being said, I think for such a creature that a deep evil voice should be used, not a highly intelligent type, just my opinion.

Christopher Lee

Who do you think would ask for more? Christopher Lee or Charlie Sheen? I know Charlie would never be a good dragon, or well any fantasy characters voice, but who do you think would ask for bigger bucks? I think Charlie would, seems that he is one greedy SOB considering he makes like what? 2mill for each episode of 2 and a half men that he does....
