sometimes when im traveling i saw a dragon only flying above me but it never attack me or the music for combat don't start is this a bug?

No, he probably didn't see you. It happens to me too sometimes.

About 25% of my dragon encounters are like this. Of those, sometimes I think they don't "detect" me, and sometimes the do but won't engage. I don't think it's necessarily a bug.

Also, what level are you? I have wondered if our characters have an "aggro radius", and perhaps some low level dragons don't fight of us because the character is harder to detect.

no i know that happen sometimes but this thing im talking about ist the dragon its right above me im throwing arrows and nothing happen he just fly and circles me even when im right next to a town he even attack the town

im lvl 20 btw

Hmm, I don't think it has anything to do with your level then. I've only had one experience similar to this- I was fighting a dragon, but it was hectic, there was a lot going on at once. I had sunk at least one arrow in him/her because I saw its life meter, but for some reason it broke off and left, never saw it after that. I don't think it had landed yet though.

That happens to me I have to try to hit them with an arrow but if I can't they will fly off and then I will walk into a city and there will be a dead dragon lying I was the streets and I can takes its sole
