This is something I am doing for my final main quest playthrough before skyrim. If you have any suggestions for improvements please comment.

If you're on PC, you simply need http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=38284. After all, what's DB without kamehames?

i already have that mod, i was looking for suggestions about my build though. do you happen to know of a flying mod?

I know only of a Midas Magic spell that lets you fly, but also with the extra of growing wings at your back

Apart from that, I know no other one.

And about your build, it's OK...being in PC you can tweak your stats as you want (or install any stat-changing mod as nGCD or SPAM), so I wouldn't worry about it...I've a Battlemage whose majors are Strength and Endurance, and he still has also 200 Int / Will....
