Is a Dragonborn actually blessed from Akatosh?

Wulfharth and Miraak are both older than Akatosh-as-we-know-him. Is this another one of those weird retroactive time things? Who would bless both of them if it wasn't Akatosh?

Shor.
Edit: Until I took Miraak into account. I would have said Shor. The Time Dragon. Aka or Aka Tusk or Bormahu. Whatever you want to call him.

Akatosh is, and always was.

Alduin was around before Aka, and yet alduin still knows Aka is his father.

They come from the Dragon God of TIme, not necessarily just the facet called Akatosh.

Wait, what? Was Akatosh not the first/one of the earliest aedra?

If I remember right, his creation of time helped the other spirits gain structure and form more easily.

Is Akatosh not the oldest being (or possibly dead being) around?

Akatosh was a creation of Alessia, who was later given form when the selective tore him from Auri-el and caused a Dragonbreak.

The dragon-god of time was the first spirit, but Akatosh was not the first dragon-god of time.
