anyone else have a hard time making a Dragonborn character who is not human?


i have had a hard time justifying a non-human after reading that one line from Songs of Skyrim:

these two lines make it hard for me to justify a non-human LDB, as it seems as if the prophecy clearly states he shall be of "the races of man"



what are your guys stance on this?

Wasn't that song written by ancient, elf-hating Nords?

Also, that final line doesn't make much sense. Wouldn't they technically be saving everyone, not just men?

Honestly, it comes off as extremely biased.

I do most of the time, but i managed to make one fem Altmer DB, and it was pretty cool.

I'm not saying it's wrong for the DB to be a non-Nord man race, I'm just saying it doesn't feel as right.
