With the DLC now being downloaded on many PS3s tonight we will most likely encounter some hangups. This isn't a big deal and in fact I'd be surprised to see this DLC working at 100%, but I'm open to be gladly proven wrong. Everyone please report problems and we'll try and help to fix and improve!

Can't wait to hear the reviews. If it works well, I'll probably pick it up tomorrow.

I've read on the Playstation Blog reports about the DLC reseting player profiles and making the game pretty laggy.

Its only 0.9gb.

I've been playing for close to 30-45 mins and haven't experienced any more lag that usual. Occasional drop in frame rate if using a large magic attack.

I've been playing for over an hour now, and can't start the main quest. No cultists have attacked me. I've fast traveled to several locations, but nothing.

I completed the main quest and defeated Alduin. Any suggestions?

I have been experiencing a few of problems:

1. While traveling Solsthiem, my game will randomly freeze up anywhere. (Not sure if this is Dragonborns fault, or the 1.8 patch fault..)
2. When talking to the Earth Stone (when you are put into a trance) Miraak's words that he speaks to you becomes stuck on the screen.
3. When starting up Dragonborn for the first time sometimes the area I'm in will have no texture/floor/view I was nervous until I stepped on the clear view and everything appeared.

Go to Whiterun, it's the fastest way the cultist appeared to me if they aren't at the gates simply wait a few hours. Go inside a building and then exit. They will find you and then attack you. It took me one fast travel and to go into my house and out to find them.

That's the first thing I tried. I've fast traveled to every other major city as well. I've waited, entered and exited buildings...and nothing

I was in Karthwasten (located in the Reach) when the cultists attacked me. I had been to a number of places before they found me.

Are you level 10 and have you spoken to the Greybeards with this character? I believe both are a prereq to start the quest..

I shall continue to be patient.

And to the post above, I am level 53, and already completed the main quest line (defeating Alduin).

This should go away eventually.


A full freeze, or it just hitches temporarily?

I also had the Earth Stone text glicth, glad to know it will go away.

When first approaching Captain Veleth fighting the uh... whatever those were... if you kill them while he's in recovery mode, he never comes out of it.

Your #3 has been happening before Dragonborn even came out. It's not game-breaking, so don't worry about it.

Same here. I also noticed a few glitches,bugs,etc as will such as:

1. When you take out your sword,with the shield your character does this weird growth thing and you can see half of his arm missing (can see through) while looking down.

2. When you are about to arrive at the island,right before you reach the dock,you can see through the boat and notice a shadow of the dock (nothing important)

3. The character that you met up,won't say her name, will always get in your way while doing that finale kill thing and she disappears,and I can't find her,unless I move on and she appears behind me (I just find it weird,nothing important I guess) ).

That's about it. Already i'm kinda disappointed with the DLC. The island is so boring and dull and it's hard to connect with the characters (of course not the ones that a brainwashed into working lol).I don't find the story interesting so far,but feel it will soon.

After seeing what the devs can do. I won't bother buying the other DLC until later on down the road and some updates are release to improve the bugs,etc.

A full freeze, it doesn't freeze temporarily. The only time it ever hitches is at Hermaeus mora's place, I've been playing for 2 hours now and I haven't experience it again. But when it was freezing up it was only at the begining when I first came to Solstheim.
